Ada Lovelace is frequently cited as having been the first computer programmer, even though there were no computers during her lifetime (1815-1852), because she was a mathematician and worked with algorithms which have since been recognized as computer programs. Ada Lovelace day is an annual event to raise the profile of women in science, technology, engineering, and math. So as a tribute to past scientists, mathematicians, and engineers, we will be dusting off the Wikipedia editing skills we learned last month and putting them to work again.
Both new and experienced editors are welcome.
